Horrible customer service. Loan officers are either under staffed or just incredibly slow!
My brother and i decided to open accounts, they were nice, but put the wrong b-day for me and wrong ss number for my brother, i wouldnt have known if i verify it. That is a major problem, make sure to review your paperwork.
