Bob was very polite and respectable. I hate going to dealerships, but he was very knowledgable and I felt comfortable. I didn't feel as though I was being pressured to buy a car like most salesman tend to do. I will definitely be coming back here again for future purchases.

Finally bought a ford f-150 it's been a long time coming. I wouldn't buy a ford anywhere else. Greg was very informative and told me exactly what I needed to know. He did not hound me or pressure me into anything. Greg definitely made me feel comfortable and confident about my buying decision. He went above and beyond in the customer service department and has helped with any questions along the way. I would highly recommend the Greenway Auto staff in your future ford vehicle needs.

I had a recall on my vehicle and my wife took my Dodge to Greenway. The recall was performed and my wife picked up the vehicle. She noticed that now there was a light on in the dashboard, the one that shows you that your car may skid due to road conditions. There is a button to push that will make that design show up so she pushed it without any luck. She went back in to the service department to complain about it being on as it was not on before the recall work was performed. Greenway asked her if she wanted to make an appointment to have them see why the light was on then said it was a coincidence that it came on and stayed on while they were performing the recall. This is the last time I will use Greenway Motor . I vow to let as many people know how Greenway is not the place to do business because they will not admit and rectify mistakes made by there service department. My wife had to miss 1/2 day of work to get the recall taken care of so it cost us money already and now I have to pay another garage to fix it . I guess we know why only my neighbor went to Greenway and why I won't to.
