After my car accident, I had and got a great service from Enterprise. My agent pick me up after I had a planned ride, was very welcoming, kind and made me comfortable under the situation.
The guys that work there were great. My only complaint is the inside of the car was filthy and it could of been washed. It had dirt and bugs splattered all over it. The price was reasonable.
Excellent customer service! Due to Safelite scratching my car and putting it in the auto body shop for 2 days, I received a rental car here. They brought it right to the auto body shop and the customer service could not have been better!
I have rented cars for years and I have never had as fast of an experience as I did at the Enterprise in Morris, IL. The right word is, perfect.
20 minutes hold only to be treated badly. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's family owned so I guess that means they don't care.
