We used a banquet room. The desk was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean.They have a pub that offers karaoke on some weekends. . :)
Hotel was a little outdated, the bathroom did not have any counterspace.
Be sure that the safety latch works on the door This is the second time this went on. Empty wrapper from used soap in bathroom when I got to my room to check things out. Heat blasts no matter what temp you set it on. Tiles cracked and paint chipping in bathrooms. Needs updating badly. For the price I paid to sleep for one night this stuff should have already have been taken care of.May have to stay somewhere else when I need to travel to Morris.
The staff was great, breakfast was good and the cost was affordable which I wish all hotels would go back too...
Overall it was a good deal for just one night, I don't know if I would necessarily stay there again.
the tiles on the floor needed some help too, they were moving around.
The staff was amazing, which is what earned them the 4 stars. Everyone went over and beyond to be helpful and curtious, even at crazy, early hours. However, the facility itself did not meet 4 star quality, 3 stars at best. The water the 3 nights we were there was like warm, never got hot as we would have liked. The ceilings had water stains on them from previous damage, and the facility itself was just run down and could definitely use some TLC. Once again every staff member we encountered was very friendly and curtious.
I will definitely be back! The staff is nice, the rooms are clean, and after I tore the bed apart i discovered no bed bugs. All of which is greatly appreciated
